The College strongly encourages students to develop their leadership and mentoring skills.

There are numerous opportunities for students to be involved in and develop skills in leadership:

• Head Students  - a team of motivated leaders in Year 13
• Student Representative on the Board of Trustees  - Benjamin Coop
• Whānau Leaders - a group of students from all year levels that provides a voice for students.

In addition to these formal roles, there are also opportunities in being a librarian, sports coach, referee, reading coach, student mentor, and more.
